Beautiful store but poor customer service , was chased down 20 minutes after shopping accused of stealing dresses , even insisting that we hide the dress after looking in my bag. Wouldn’t even apologise after returning to the store to sort her issue out.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a Camilla store. Went in to get a last minute outfit and a few accessories, but was put off purchasing entirely. So unwelcoming and cold, felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there. Says a lot if I would rather purchase online than in person.

older sales assistant was very rude and un professional yesterday, my sister and i just entered the store and was approached by the older women demanding us return the stores garments and that security have been looking for us. will not be returning to that prejudice store.

Had a horrible experience with the older sales assistant accusing me of coming in to steal while I’m a frequent customer definitely sticking to the Claremont store, the young worker was lovely but can tell was embarrassed by her coworker

Sarah was very attentive and made an excellent suggestion (which we subsequently purchased) for a top in a print we would probably not have considered otherwise. Such a beautiful Karrinyup boutique.
